Head of Growth Partnerships
Josh Sanchez is a Modern-Day Cowboy. In today’s age, an entrepreneur is the modern-day cowboy that sees potential through roaming new frontiers and capitalizing on opportunities. He finds obsession in problems rather than solutions, and believes multiple failures are critical towards one’s success.
Throughout his youth and collegiate career, he always found fascination in tech and launching his own ventures. He has collaborated and pitched in numerous startups, and even ran his own athletic apparel company for 2 years while in school. Throughout these experiences, Josh learned the value and importance of networking, serving others and building meaningful relationships in business, family and the community.
As a result of his experiences, Josh is set on helping to scale DCI through long lasting partnerships that benefit and deliver value for several employers. Josh’s ultimate dream is to one day learn to code and launch his own startup through the mentorship and guidance he’s been fortunate to receive through DCI’s network.
What Apprenticeship Experience Did You Benefit From Most?
The first experience that comes to mind is one that I’m still learning from to this day, and I’ll never forget. I’ve been fortunate to shadow my CEO Brad Voeller, internally here at DCI. I’ve learned more shadowing first hand how a successful CEO operates day-to-day, builds and supports high performing teams, and executes plans, compared to a graduate education experience.
What Emerging Marketing Technology Excites You?
I am beyond fascinated with Artificial Intelligence and machine learning. With that said, I’m excited to learn more about how AI will assist in supporting both sales and marketing through intelligent marketing automation platforms.
“You call it procrastination, I call it thinking.”
