Google Analytics is a must-have tool to track your website performance, visitor behavior, and more. Signing up for an account is free, and installation is typically easy. For those new to GA, check out Google Academy for resources and while you’re there, get your certification!
Determine how your visitors are interacting with your site by installing Hotjar and creating heatmaps to see where they’re clicking, how far they’re scrolling and how they’re moving through, on both desktop and mobile.
Perfect for those that don’t have the time and/or money to use professional design tools, Canva is a great option that allows you to start creating visual content quickly. It has plenty of templates to kick-start your creativity and will save your brand assets and prior work to save you time.
Automation is the name of the digital marketing game, and Zapier is a great way to open up new options. Set up triggers to measure events, and kick-off customized actions that will save you tons of time while ensuring tasks get completed, exactly how and when you want them to.
