Coaches, Instructors, and Mentors
As a part of the 12-month apprenticeship, we bring in coaches, instructors, and mentors to guide the apprentices along in their marketing learning and professional development. Apprentices meet twice per week in cohort sessions with either a coach, instructor, or mentor.
These professionals lead the way locally and nationally in their respective industries and key skills areas. Cohort sessions are a workshop format, interactive, and project-based. These professionals give valuable advice and insight to apprentices for them to apply at their digital jobs.

Apprentices meet with their coach one-on-one monthly to further refine their career development path. The coach, apprentice and apprentice supervisor also meet quarterly to review KPIs, goals and long term vision.
DCI brings in top local and national talent to train apprentices in technical marketing skills. All our instructors are professionals leading the way in their field and are on the cutting edge of new marketing trends. Topics covered include: Analytics, Content Marketing, Google AdWords, Marketing Automation, and Web Development. Cohort sessions are workshop format where the instructor facilitates work on projects.
Mentors come in monthly to provide professional insight. Apprentices are given the opportunity to ask bigger picture questions to the mentors about their marketing career paths and gain insight from these seasoned marketing experts.
